Important Note: Our garments are meticulously crafted on a made-to-order basis, tailored especially for you. When you place an order with us, we assume your acceptance of our terms and conditions. Once an order is confirmed, we do not offer exchanges or returns as a standard policy. However, if minor alterations (e.g., adjustments for fit) are required, we are more than willing to assist you.


Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and receive a replacement or refund.


If you wish to cancel your order, you have a window of 24 hours to do so. Simply reach out to us via email at orders@manishgharat.com or WhatsApp us at 9892152223 If the cancellation is made within this timeframe, the refunded amount will be processed within a week. Beyond the initial 24 hours, we regret that we cannot cancel orders, and refunds will not be initiated.

 

Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping within India. For international orders, the shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. If a return is approved, any applicable return shipping costs may need to be covered by the customer.
