To measure the various body measurements you will need a flexible measuring tape and possibly someone to assist you in some of the measurements. Here’s how you can measure each of them:

Neck Round:

Measure around the base of your neck, where the collar would normally sit. Keep the tape snug but not tight.

Shoulder to Shoulder:

Have someone assist you in measuring from the outer edge of one shoulder to the outer edge of the other shoulder, across your back.

Armhole:

With your arm slightly lifted, measure around the circumference of your armpit.

Upper Bust Round:

Measure around your chest just above your bust, under your armpits.

Bust Round:

Measure around the fullest part of your bust, typically across your nipples.

Under Bust Round:

Measure around your ribcage just below your bust.

Mid-Shoulder to Upper Bust Round:

Measure from the midpoint of your shoulder to the point where your upper bust measurement was taken.

Mid-Shoulder to Bust Round:

Measure from the midpoint of your shoulder to the point where your bust measurement was taken.

Mid-Shoulder to Under Bust Round:

Measure from the midpoint of your shoulder to the point where your under bust measurement was taken.

Waist Round:

Measure around your natural waistline, which is usually the narrowest part of your torso.

Hip Round:

Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.

Waist to Floor Length (without heels):

Stand straight without shoes on and measure from your natural waistline to the floor.

Low Waist to Floor Length (without heels):

Stand straight without shoes on and measure from your low waist (typically a couple of inches below your natural waist) to the floor.

Full Sleeve Length:

Extend your arm straight out to the side and bend it at a 90-degree angle. Measure from the midpoint of your shoulder to your wrist.

Bicep Round:

Measure around the widest part of your upper arm while keeping your arm relaxed at your side.

Wrist Round:

Measure around your wrist bone.

Height (without heels):

Stand against a wall with your heels together and your back straight. Use a measuring tape to measure from the floor to the top of your head.

When taking these measurements, it’s essential to stand naturally and breathe normally, as inhaling or exhaling deeply can affect the accuracy of the measurements. It’s also a good idea to measure while wearing undergarments or clothing that you plan to wear with the outfit for which you’re taking measurements.
