When you place an order with us, we assume your acceptance of our terms and conditions. Once an order is confirmed, we do not offer exchanges or returns as a standard policy. Nevertheless, in the event of minor alterations being required, we are more than willing to provide our assistance.

If the cancellation is within this timeframe, the refunded amount will be processed within a week. Beyond the initial 24 hours, we regret that we cannot cancel orders, and refunds will not be initiated.

Regarding shipping, the cost will be calculated during the checkout process. You can expect to receive your product within the timeframe specified in the product description, typically ranging from 5 to 12 weeks.
